🎨 Impressions

Some of the stuff in the book didn’t resonate with me but some of the stuff to do with visualisation and making sure that the energy you put out into the world is positive had an impact on my way of thinking. I believe it’s vital to be able to visualise what it would be like to have everything you’ve ever wanted, basically think about you’re life in a perfect reality and hold onto that reality and get better each day.

🧭 How I Discovered It

Everything that is coming into your life you are attracting into your life. And it’s attracted to you by virtue of images you’re holding in your mind. It’s what you’re thinking. Whatever is going on in your mind you are attracting to you. Hence The Secret is the Law of Attraction 🧲

The Placebo Effect 💊

Placebo is Latin for ‘I will please’ and refers to a treatment that appears real, but is designed to have no therapeutic benefit. A placebo can be a sugar pill, a water or salt water (saline) injection or even a fake surgical procedure.

🗣️➕ Speaking Things into Existence

Speak as though you’ve already achieved your goals, it’s all about positive energy.

Self-affirmations are very powerful. If you say that you are the man or you are the woman, you will feel so much better going through tough scenarios in life because of your confidence.

Networking 🌐

Like-minded individuals attract like-minded goals.

🧊🍦 Ice Cream Analogy by Andrew Tate

“If I was to hang around people who all they talk about is ice cream and someone asked me something about ice cream, I would accidentally know something.”

Hence the reason to hang around valuable people so you can gain value from each other.

Ice cream analogy – Andrew Tate on Networking

Andrew Tate has utilised the law of attraction. I noticed how he was mentioning how you become like the people you associate yourself with in a few of his videos which I believe is quite true.

🧠 The Power of Thoughts

Your mindset is one of your most powerful assets, you are in charge of it.

Think about the future, think about your goals, don’t linger on the past, forward always.

Look back on the past rarely to see your progress and admire how far you’ve come of course.

Magnetic Thoughts 💭 🧲

  • Your thoughts are magnetic, whatever you’re thinking of you will attract into your life.
  • Make sure you have a good mental attitude that deflects regrets and attracts ideas.
  • Try not to complain so much as well, no one wants to be around someone who complains.

👤  Human Transmission Tower 🗼

”You are a human transmission tower, and you are more powerful than any television tower created on earth. You are the most powerful transmission tower in the universe.” – P11

The frequency you put out into the world determines your future, think about things you want rather than things you don’t want.

Furthermore, if you are constantly thinking about your goals eventually those thoughts are going to manifest into something tangible and something that you can truly be proud of.

The Power of Your Mind ⚡🧠

Tip: Meditating is an excellent tool for calming the mind.

When you are thinking about negativity, quickly shift your thoughts onto something more positive and something that will get you excited about the future.

Think about the things you can become, think about your goals and inspirations, loved ones fj

🤫 The Secret to Feeling Good – Secret Shifters

Make a list of some secret shifters to have up your sleeve for when you need a mindset shift.

If you are feeling down try thinking of something that makes you happy to elevate your feelings.

The Feeling of Having it Now 🏡 🏎️

“The study and practice of the law of attraction, is just figuring out what will help you generate the feelings of having it now. Go test drive that car. Go shop for that home. Get in the house. Do whatever you have to do to generate the feelings of having it now, and remember them. Whatever you can do to achieve that will help you literally attract it.” – Bob Doyle (P54)

Visualise The End Goal, Visualise The Future

Imagine what it would look like and feel like to have achieved your end goal.

At the end of every day, before you go to sleep, go back through the events of the day. Any events or moments that were not what you wanted, replay them in your mind the way you wanted them to go.

Practice Gratitude 🙏

How can you practice gratitude?

Start by making a list of all the things you are grateful for and recite that list every day.

Be grateful for all the good things going on in your life, this will set your day up for positive vibes.

It’s easier to visualise something if the thought has motion.

Conclusion ✏️

I think this is an interesting book and you’d have to read it for yourself to decide whether or not you agree with the things it says.
